series CG-G

Low pressure clean break quick coupling system made from aluminium, for the transmission of fluid media in an industrial / commercial environment, especially for water-based emulsions such as cooling water with glycol.

Applications include, amongst others, the connection of coolant circuits for cooling electronic components and electrical power modules, for example for cooling transformers or converters in railway technology, data centres, or cooling units used in medical imaging technologies.

CG-G06, CG-G09, CG-G12, CG-G16, CG-G20, CG-G25

Nominal bores:

6, 9, 12, 16, 20 and 25 mm

Working pressure:

up to 16 bar / 232 psi (dependent on material)

Media:

cooling fluids / water

Materials:

hard coated anodized aluminium / stainless steel available on request

Special Features / Options:

vibration resistance according to EN 61373, Cat. 1, Cl. B (railway authorities licence), valves self sealing on both sides with minimal residual leakage when disconnecting (dry break), seals optimised in regard to media and operating temperature. In stainless steel optionally available with anti-twist device.
