High temperature, high pressure clean break coupling from WALTHER-PRÄZISION
These innovative clean break couplings made of high-quality stainless steel have been specially developed in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive for aggressive fluids or gases in media group I for the high-pressure and high-temperature area. An instant hit that meets the increased requirements of HPHT chemistry.
The permissible operating pressure depends on the respective operating temperature (Tmax = 250 °C) and the nominal diameters used up to 350 bar. As a result, thermal- and pressure-loaded lines, which were previously connected inefficiently with flange connections, can now used quick couplings for increased process safety and improved productivity
The DD series offers not only offer increased productivity in terms of time savings when quickly disconnecting and connecting or maintaining the line systems: The extremely smooth surfaces allow quick and easy cleaning, for example. Furthermore, high-quality and replaceable seals on the couplings ensure a long service life and high availability under differential pressure with minimal maintenance required.
ATEX-certified quick couplings from the DD series offer maximum safety for the operator and for the environment, as they are entirely splash-free and keep even the lowest of physically unavoidable residual leaks to the bare minimum when decoupling.
