In the industrial production of food, the highest hygiene and safety standards apply to all plant components and pipes that come into contact with food. This requires the safe and compliant connection and disconnection of all relevant pipes, not only during production but also during transport. This applies in particular to:

Our solutions:

We offer a comprehensive range of quick-connect couplings for handling liquid food ingredients or gaseous media, including some critical substances such as superheated steam. Our products are suitable for vegan, kosher or halal production environments, as well as for the most stringent requirements, such as those for baby food.

Our couplings are designed with minimal dead space; special CIP- and SIP-compatible stainless steel couplings prevent the build-up of media residues and thus effectively help to counteract any contamination.

In applications where lines must under no circumstances be mixed up, the use of distinctive stainless steel quick-release couplings from our standard range is ideal.

Our Clean-Break technology also prevents ambient air from entering the product lines when connecting or disconnecting pipes.

Detailed test certificates, e.g. DIN EN 10204, or declarations of conformity in accordance with EU 1935/2004-2023, FDA or ADI, as well as individual acceptance tests by the customer or testing institutes, are naturally part of our comprehensive range of services.
