CIP/SIP couplings

CIP (clean-in-place) and / or SIP-capable (sterilisation-in-place) quick couplings are essential, especially for sensitive applications in the pharmaceutical industry. Whether loading intermediate and end products, cosmetics production, ultrapure water applications, sampling, fermentation or inoculation flask filling; all areas are subject to the highest hygiene standards.

Sterilisable couplings from WALTHER-PRÄZISION have minimal dead space and therefore allow simple and effective cleaning. Depending on the area of application and nominal size, these couplings are suitable for ultrapure water, process air, steam up to 130 °C, gases, liquid or pasty media. Depending on the type, they have an automatic locking mechanism or can be coupled under residual pressure.
