Series HC (High Pressure)

Up to 650 bar (dependent on nominal size and material),
partially also suitable for vacuum
Media:
For self-lubricating media, e.g. hydraulic oil.
Materials:
Steel zinc plated, yellow chromated,
locking sleeve: black phosphated
Special features:
Nearly leakage-free disconnection and air inclusion
free connection by means of clean break valves,
automatic lock (one hand operation),
non-squirting operation, also connectable under
residual pressure

Series CN

Nominal bore:
25, 40, 50, 80 and 100 mm
Working pressure:
up to 25 bar (connected and/or disconnected),
Media:
water, compressed air, various fluids, fuel, greases /
oils, technical gases
Materials:
stainless steel 1.4404/1.4571 or similar
Special features:
Application in the chemical industry for the loading of
various fluids. A big advantage is the ability to connect
and disconnect long hose lines which are under
pressure (up to 5 bar) without squirting medium.
In case of limited space the type CN-025 can also be
offered without the handwheel and the locking sleeve
can be operated with a hook spanner.

Series CH

Nominal bore:
16, 20 and 25 mm
Working pressure :
Up to 250 bar, connectable under residual pressure
up to 10 bar
Media:
For hydraulic applications
Steel chemically nickel plated
Special features:
Non-squirting clean break screw-type coupling for
hydraulic applications in the heavy industry.
The special round thread of the locking device is
insensitive to pollution and can be cleaned very easy.
Due to the specific transmission ratio of the round
thread as well as the mounting of the screw sleeve the
coupling process can be carried out with very low forc.e
